FREE TASTER YOGA & PILATES IN BRISTOL
Naomi Hayama, long time yoga teacher at Bristol YogaSpace, has taken over the Park Row studio.
She is an enthusiastic yoga teacher and will continue to make wonderful improvements to the yoga centre ongoing. The studio has been renamed as Bristol Yoga Centre and the full timetable of classes is now available on their website.
My classes are running as usual at the newly named studio - Mondays 10.30 - 11.30am & Wednesdays 12.00 - 1.00pm.
To celebrate the opening of Bristol Yoga Centre, the studio is offering free yoga and Pilates classes from 8th – 13th May 2017. They are running the open week to welcome everybody along and find out what they have on offer. So, if you’ve never tried yoga or Pilates before then this is a perfect opportunity to come and see what all the fuss is about. It can be a great way to clear your head after a stressful day or get some energy back if you are running on empty.
